ITIN Home Loan Program Highlights

• Purchases and Refinances
• Up to four applicants per transaction
• 10/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM)
• Gift funds allowed

• Borrow up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV)

ITIN Home Loan Requirements

• Valid ITIN required for a minimum of two years
• 30 days most recent paystubs and two years of tax returns
• Owner-occupied properties
• Two forms of ID are required including ITIN card or ITIN letter and one of the following:

• Government Issued Photo ID
• Passport
• Visa
• Matricula Card

• Minimum median credit score of 650, with a minimum of three open tradelines. We may consider non-traditional credit on a case-by-case basis.
• Must be a member of AltaOne Federal Credit Union or qualify for membership. Membership is open to individuals who live, work, worship, volunteer or go to school in Kern, Inyo, and Mono counties, as well as select communities in northern San Bernardino County.
